RESPECT

• Be respectful of all authority
• Say “yes ma’am” and “yes sir”; “no ma’am” and “no sir”
• STAND when an adult enters the classroom

EFFORT

• Do your best
• Pay attention in class and work hard
• Get ALL of your work done – complete all of the steps, turn it in on time
• Speak clearly with appropriate volume
• Don’t interrupt others
• Participate in class
• BE PREPARED for every class – the discussion and the work

KINDNESS

• Be kind to EVERYONE
• Don’t tease or call names
• Help each other
• Work together to have a great class
• Don’t be bossy & don’t tattle – worry about yourself

QUIET

• Keep the classroom a quiet place to learn
• Stay in your seat
• Raise your hand
• Do not talk without permission
